I coach professionals who have built careers on hard work, loyalty, and competence, yet no longer recognize themselves in the work they do. I refer to them as “The Quietly Stuck” and help them reconnect with who they are, rebuild confidence, and create a career direction that feels aligned and purposeful.

As a Marine Corps veteran and former director with more than 20 years of leadership experience across the military, private sector, and municipal consulting, I understand what it’s like to push through misalignment out of responsibility to others. That lived experience is central to how I coach. My clients (especially veterans navigating the years after military transition) value my grounded, honest, and character-driven approach.

I use a structured framework called The RISE Method to help clients clarify their strengths and values, uncover what’s no longer working, and make intentional decisions about their next chapter.
