I coach mid-career professionals stuck in a job that isn't a good fit anymore. I help them target better opportunities and apply strategically, leading to meaningful careers.
I found career coaching when my first career direction turned out to be a terrible fit. I somewhat impulsively pursued being a philosophy professor, and didn’t research enough about what the role actually entailed, and whether it was truly a good fit for my strengths and what I wanted in a job.
As a coach, I’m now happy to be able to use the skills that were a match from that first path. And one of my main goals is to help people make more intentional and informed choices than I did and find a great-fitting career more efficiently and with less stress.
I partner with people to help them identify their strengths and values, clarify what they’re looking for, design their job search strategy, and submit higher-quality applications. I also help them address the concerns, frustrations, and obstacles they may encounter along the way.
I Like Working With:
Professionals around the ages of 35-55 looking for a new job or career path that aligns with their strengths, values, and experience. My clients often are motivated by a desire to help people or make a difference in society.
